I provide ongoing support for and champions new behaviors and actions for those who are in the transition of life. Including those involving risk taking and fear of failure. My 17 years of being the co-founder of two non-profit organizations that provided outreach for those in need of a safe place to stay while re-entering back into society, ones needing mentoring, counseling, and spiritual insight has lead me into the path of Life Coaching. I take this assignment given by God very seriously.

Coaching allows me to help more people unleash and discover for themselves the new thoughts, beliefs, and values that strengthen their ability to take action and achieve what is important to them.

My Clientele

I provide personal coaching to those who are facing work and career transitions. These include single, divorced, and widowed individuals as well as empty-nesters, and retirees. I also focus on assisting women to expand their vision, build their confidence, unlock their potential, increase their skills, and take practical steps toward their goals
